I have seen peoples turned ON there TackBack app and finding it hard how to disable it now.If you don't what TackBack is, read this.
1) Select the home screen.
2) Go to setting icon. (But here is the problem, you wont be allowed to swipe through to other pages with single finger. Key is you need to use two fingers to swipe through pages or scrolling up or down)
3) Go to accessibility, again with two fingers swipe.
4) Select Talkback.
5) Select {on|off} toggle.
6) Select confirmation "OK".
Cheers! your TalkBack is finally disabled now. :)
