Google TalkBack

Google TalkBack is a wonderful app for blind and vision-impaired peoples. In-fact, even for a normal eyesight, it can be a useful app if you want to do a eye-free operation of your phone. Many peoples are not aware of it although it is available in your phone. It come pre-installed in Android platform. Nevermind if you don't have it, you can it at play store

With my experience, I think its still it in early days and we may see improvement in future.

With TackBack enabled, touch will be disabled and you will have to tap or move your finger to an icon for device to identify which app it is. Name of app will be spoken by the device. You need to double tap to open the app. If you hear nothing clicking any where just move your fingers around and your device will give spoken, audible, and vibration feedback as per the movement.
It may get tricky to operate with TalkBack ON. Please go through the interactive teaching manual presented thoroughly when turning ON the app.
As per the information available at play store,
"TalkBack is an Accessibility Service that helps blind and vision-impaired users interact with their devices. Talkback adds spoken, audible, and vibration feedback to your device. It is a system application that was pre-installed on most devices and is updated when the accessibility service is improved. For help with Talkback, see: https://support.google.com/ "

Here is how to turn it ON:
Go to settings--> Accessibility --> TackBack and turn it ON
